Services for Students with a Learning Disability

 

Accommodations available:

- Academic support services
- Referral for diagnostic evaluation
- Special arrangements for taking exams/written work done in class (extended time, alternate test format, scribe/reader, alternate testing site, other accommodations on an individual basis)
- Coordination of textbooks recorded/print enlarged
- Classroom scribe/reader
- Classroom notetaker
- Other accommodations on an individual basis

Documentation Required:

- Current individually administered Intelligence Test
- Current Achievement Test
- High School Special Education testing (IEP's not acceptable)
- Diagnosis of ADD/ADHD (provided by Medical/Psychological professional)
- Vocational Rehabilitation/Veteran Affairs Records (if applicable)
